East Georgia State College

Family Focused Treatment Association Family Focused Treatment Association – The Family Focused Treatment Association (FFTA) was established in 1988 to develop, promote, and support Treatment Foster Care (TFC). Since that time, FFTA has grown to become the only national, non-profit association that represents treatment foster care programs across North America. FFTA’s more than 450 member agencies are located in nearly every U.S. state and Canadian province and provide treatment foster care services to over 50,000 children and youth each year and a larger array of child welfare and mental health services to over 600,000 children and youth.
Gateway Center
Gateway Center – The Gateway Center works to end homelessness, and particularly chronic homelessness, by providing the support and framework people need to achieve self-sufficiency. Through therapeutic programs and services, the Gateway helps homeless individuals in metro Atlanta move into transitional and permanent housing.
Georgia Lions Lighthouse
Georgia Lions Lighthouse – There are nearly 2 million uninsured people in Georgia. We are committed to filling the gaps that exist for underinsured Georgians by providing affordable access to vision and hearing services. Our reach extends across the state of Georgia, touching all 159 counties. Last year, the Lighthouse provided over 20,000 services, including vision screenings, eye exams, eyeglasses, eye surgeries and hearing aids.
Good Samaritan Health Center of Gwinnett, Inc.
Good Samaritan Health Center of Gwinnett, Inc. – A 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to caring for the uninsured and underinsured working poor in our community. We serve the community by helping to eliminate health disparities for uninsured and underinsured populations, and our programs help to reduce the cost of indigent care on the public health care delivery system.
High Hope Service Center
Hi-Hope Service Center – Hi-Hope Service Center supports adults with developmental disabilities by building and sustaining individual independence.
Institute for Local Innovations
Institute for Local Innovations – The Institute for Local Innovations is focus on innovations that improve the quality and sustainability of communities and the lives of their stakeholders across generations. Nicholas House – We assist homeless families in making the transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency in a structured but home-like environment. Nicholas House is committed to assisting its families attain three goals that form the basis of self-sufficiency.
Peachtree Christian Hospice
Peachtree Christian Hospice – Peachtree Christian Hospice, Inc. (PCH) has served the Greater Atlanta community since 2000, providing acute compassionate care patients and families facing a life-limiting illness. Our 16-bed in-patient facility is located on eight peaceful acres in the Duluth area of Gwinnett County.
Rehoboth Life Care Ministry Dental Clinic
Rehoboth Life Care Ministry Dental Clinic – The Rehoboth Life Care Ministries, Inc. Volunteer Dental Clinic provides low-cost dental care to uninsured residents of Middle Georgia. The dentists, dental assistants, and administrative personnel are all volunteers donating their time and talents on a monthly basis.
Ronald McDonald House of the Carolinas
Ronald McDonald House of the Carolinas – For 27 years, the Ronald McDonald House in Greenville has been a home for critically ill or injured children and their families, providing hope, encouragement and comfort when they need it most. The Ronald McDonald House located in Greenville, SC was built in 1989 and is one of 300 Ronald McDonald Houses worldwide. All Houses are united toward a common purpose: To provide hope, encouragement and comfort to families struggling with their child’s illness. Our Ronald McDonald House in Greenville features large living and dining spaces, including a full service double kitchen, 12 guest rooms with their own bath, laundry services, a playroom, computers and internet access, as well as an outdoor area which includes a BBQ area and children’s playground.

Baptist Mobile Health Ministry – The mission of the Baptist Mobile Health Ministry is to help provide caring health service and Christian witness to the underserved persons of Georgia. This not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization and is funded by the Cooperative Program, grants and by individuals and groups who see this ministry as a meaningful way to reach people for Christ.
The Quinn House (Signs & Wonders, Inc.)
Quinn House – A  multi-task, non-profit outreach operation that assists hundreds of people in Gwinnett County and in other areas of Georgia. In addition to providing housing for the homeless, the Quinn House offers a 40-day drug and alcohol program to help individuals get back on their feet and re-enter society.
Aiken Corporation Aiken Corporation – The Aiken Corporation is a community based, private non-profit corporation established to formulate and implement economic development projects in fulfillment of plans and strategies identified in Aiken’s Strategic Plan. The mission of The Aiken Corporation shall be to: build a strong and stable economic base through the attraction of jobs, investment, and a diverse mix of businesses; enhance the downtown’s role as the City’s business and cultural center by assisting existing businesses and attracting new businesses and uses; and increase the residential density of Old Aiken through rehabilitation and development of infill housing. The intent of this mission is to enhance the quality of life in Aiken through the support and initiation of appropriate development projects.
